DoneYet干了么Terms of Use
DoneYet (干了么) is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These terms add a few points about subscriptions and AI. If they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA wins.
DoneYet Pro
- DoneYet Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) or from Settings → Membership in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
- The free version keeps working without a subscription: manual tasks, the timeline, Records, iCloud sync and voice input are not limited. AI requests on the free version are limited per day.
AI suggestions
- AI suggestions are generated by Apple's models and may be incomplete or wrong, especially dates and times. Nothing is saved until you confirm it. You are responsible for checking what you confirm.
- DoneYet is a personal planning tool. It is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on for emergencies or safety-critical reminders.
- Apple limits how much of its cloud model each Apple Account can use per day. When that limit is reached, AI features may be unavailable even with DoneYet Pro, until Apple's limit resets.
Your content
Your tasks and notes belong to you. They are stored on your devices and, if you turn it on, in your own iCloud. See the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use DoneYet to break the law or to try to break, reverse engineer or overload the app or the services it relies on.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

用户协议
干了么（DoneYet）按照 Apple 的《许可应用程序最终用户许可协议》（下称「标准许可协议」）授权你使用。本协议只补充订阅和 AI 两件事；和标准许可协议不一致的，以标准许可协议为准。
干了么 Pro
- 干了么 Pro 是自动续费订阅，分月付和年付，价格在购买前的页面上写明。
- 确认购买时从你的 Apple 账号扣款。除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费，订阅会自动续期；续费会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣款。
- 有免费试用的，购买订阅后试用里没用完的部分作废。
- 可以在 Apple 账号设置（设置 → 你的名字 → 订阅）或 App 里「设置 → 会员」管理或取消订阅。退款由 Apple 按其规则处理。
- 不订阅也能一直用免费版：手动记任务、时间线、「记录」、iCloud 同步、语音输入都不限；免费版每天的 AI 次数有上限。
AI 建议
- AI 建议由 Apple 的模型生成，可能不完整或出错，尤其是日期和时间。你确认之前什么都不会保存，确认的内容请自己核对。
- 干了么是个人计划工具，不提供医疗、法律、理财等专业意见，也不应用于紧急情况或关乎安全的提醒。
- Apple 对每个 Apple 账号每天能用多少云端模型有上限。到了上限时，即使是 Pro 也可能暂时用不了 AI，等 Apple 的额度恢复。
你的内容
你的任务和记录归你所有，存在你的设备上；打开 iCloud 同步时也存在你自己的 iCloud 里。详见隐私政策。
使用规范
不得用干了么从事违法活动，也不得试图破坏、反向工程或压垮 App 及其依赖的服务。
变更
我们可能更新本协议。有重要变化时会更新本页和上面的日期；变更后继续使用即表示接受新的协议。
